At-Home Works authorizes Member to view employer listings solely for Member's personal, individual noncommercial use. Member agrees not to use employer listings listed at At-HomeWorks.com (the "Website") for commercial benefit on other job search websites, including, but not limited to, selling such listings to any third parties.

All contents of this Website, including graphics and logos, are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not sell, modify, display, reproduce, distribute, (including use on another website or in a networked computer environment), or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose.

Website may only be used for the sole purpose of finding and obtaining home based employment or a home based business opportunity, or for posting legitimate and honest home based employment or home based business opportunities.

At-Home Works spends enormous amounts of time, money, and effort  to research, compile, present, and store information that we feel are useful to the consumer. However, being successful at working from home usually requires the same skills as working at a conventional job. The worker must be responsible, mature, neat, careful, accurate, motivated, attentive, timely, honest, skilled or educated, trained or experienced, and dedicated. Because this success depends on the individual worker, At-Home Works cannot and does not guarantee any particular income or the financial success of anyone. At-Home Works does not promise or guarantee employment of any kind to anyone. At-Home Works is not an employer. At-Home Works offers its services with the understanding that they are sold as processed information only. All Fees are for researching, processing, storing, compiling, delivering and presenting this quality information.  At-Home Works is NOT an employment service, employer, or recruiter.

Payment of the membership fee does not guarantee that Member will obtain a job from the listings provided by At-HomeWorks.com. Payment of such fee only provides Member with access to subscription-based website, and information contained within. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

At-Home Works does not represent the companies provided in our information in any way. At-Home Works does not offer financial advice or legal advice, we simply provide the best information we can. Consumers are expected to use the information wisely and as they see fit. Testimonials are "actual" and especially selected by At-Home Works from calls, faxes, emails and letters we receive from around the country. At-Home Works has no way of knowing if these responses are or are not typical. Please review our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Page which is filled with additional information.

User Identification and Passwords:
As a holder of a User ID and/or Password which grants access to nonpublic areas of this Website, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your User ID and password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify At-HomeWorks.com of any unauthorized use of your User ID and Password.

Numerous logins within any 24-hour period using one User ID / Password will activate a security feature designed to prevent password sharing. The User's account will become deactivated for 24 hours.

It is the sole responsibility of User to keep At-Home Works supplied with a current and working email address.

At-Home Works will not offer refunds due to incorrect, invalid, returned or bounced email, or email server problems that prevent At-Home Works from sending User their login information email. All bounced email returns are kept as proof that At-Home Works attempted to deliver login information email.

Length of Membership:
You will be given unlimited access for 2 weeks, one month, six months, or lifetime to AHW  Home Jobs Database, depending on which subscription you purchase. ***

In the event that you do not find employment, At-Home Works will grant one extension to User's access to the jobs database. At-Home Works will extend access to the jobs database if ALL the following conditions are met:
User has paid for a 6 month subscription
At-Home Works has received User's emailed request for an additional 6 months of access at no charge
And the emailed request for additional access is received prior to the expiration of the initial 6 month subscription. User is responsible for ensuring that additional time be requested prior to their subscription's expiration.

REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL ACCESS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE INITIAL SIX MONTH MEMBERSHIP HAS EXPIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be notified via email that your account has been extended. This email will be your receipt that your account has been extended. If you do not receive a receipt for your extension, it is your responsibility to contact At-Home Works, as expired accounts will not be extended, no exceptions. If you have requested additional time, and don't have a receipt showing that your request was received, your account will not be extended. At-Home Works will not be responsible or liable for misdirected, undeliverable, bounced, or otherwise unreceived email.

Note that it is assumed that persons seeking legitimate employment should be accountable and responsible. Therefore, I do not send out "Reminder" messages pertaining to account expirations. It is my belief that anyone believing they are responsible enough to work in a home-based environment should be responsible enough to keep track of their membership account.

2 Week Memberships: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period.  Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Lifetime Memberships: Non-expiring access to job listings; include access to download areas of Ebay and Self-Publisher's e-book areas, which must be downloaded within 5 days of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

***Special note regarding Lifetime Memberships:
If you purchase "The Complete Work-at-Home Toolkit", your purchase entitles you to a Lifetime Membership to access the AHW Job List. Your membership will never expire.

Note that additional items included in "The Complete Work-at-Home Toolkit" such as The Complete Ebay Seller's Toolkit and The Complete Self-Publisher's Toolkit are subject to the normal Terms listed for that item on this page.

It is the responsibility of the User to read and adhere to those Terms for other items, which may include e-book downloads and the corresponding time limitations applied to downloads.

The following is expressly prohibited:
Posting any false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information about any employment or business opportunity, or company.
Submitting false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information to any company for the purpose of obtaining any form of home based employment or business, such as qualifications or work experience.

Any anti-virus, security, or operating system settings on User's computer that prevent User from accessing information is the sole responsibility of User, therefore refunds will not be given for any reason, including access errors due to User's computer settings.

Company's Refund Policy:
Unlike a tangible product you can buy at your local retailer's place of business, your ability to use information posted at my website can not be returned. You can't return downloaded information, or your User ID and Password like you can return a bound edition book or a pair of shoes. You cannot return my labor. I am not providing you with a job; I am providing you with membership to my website and information. As with any other business, I have to charge for my products and services in order to stay in business.

You can certainly search for your own home-based job without my help or service, and it would be completely free to you, but since you are here at my website reading this, you probably are aware of just how difficult, time-consuming, and downright frustrating it can be. My service is optional, though, and if you don't feel that it is worth my fee and don't wish to become a member, I certainly understand.

User acknowledges that User could perform the search for information without the help of At-Home Works, which would be at no charge to User; therefore, by becoming a member of At-Home Works, User agrees that all fees are for membership to access the member's area of website, and access the information contained within. User agrees to all fees for At-Home Works' optional service.

User agrees that all fees are for membership, and membership fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

If your use of the Website or Material results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, At-HomeWorks.com is not responsible for actual or associated costs. Exclusive Venue:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the United States and State of Texas, without references to rules governing choice of laws. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with a court of competent jurisdiction located within the City of Kirbyville, County of Jasper located in the State of Texas, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such court.

General:
At-HomeWorks.com makes no claims that the Materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United states. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

User Submissions:
If you are an employer or company who lists a business or employment opportunity with At-Home Works, you are solely responsible for your own listing. You must not, and by using this Web Site you agree not to: submit information that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; submit material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hostile, or abusive to any other individual or organization; submit sexually-explicit images, statements or information or links to sexually-explicit images, statements or information; submit information to promote unethical, illegal, or immoral business opportunities or money-making schemes; impersonate another person or organization; re-direct information, responses or inquiries that were not disclosed to us in your original submission; submit or cause to occur any virus, worm, time bomb, concelbots or other computer programming routines intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

e-Book Package Purchases:
It is the goal of At-Home Works to provide timely and relevant information in the form of downloads or information provided on digital medium. Due to the nature of the medium, purchase of digital products are not refundable under any circumstance. Information in At-Home Works' online databases and ebooks is copyrighted and considered the sole property of At-Home Works, unless otherwise stated. Any user who violates these copyrights in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.

System Requirements:
It is the sole responsibility of the User to make sure that User's computer system meets requirements to use Website and all materials contained within. System requirements are plainly posted on each product page. Any anti-virus, security, or operating system settings, determined or undetermined,  that prevent User from accessing information is sole responsibility of User.

It is impossible to diagnose or rectify any anti-virus, security, operating system settings, or any other computer settings from my remote location; therefore, refunds on digital products will not be issued under any circumstance, including, but not limited to: failure to meet system requirements, download errors, server or site downtime, forgotten downloads or download information. If you aren't sure about your Operating System, please email before you make your purchase. All bonus eBooks may not be accessible on all User's systems; therefore, At-Home Works cannot guarantee accessibility of bonus eBooks.

User has 5 days from time of purchase to download all products. Refunds will not be given for products not downloaded, or download errors, no exceptions.

Downloads:
Credit Card and eCheck Orders: Upon successful payment authorization and confirmation, you will create a unique Username and Password, and receive instructions to access the download area. Your Username and Password will remain active for 5 (five) days. After deactivation, you will not be allowed to re-enter the download area.

Money Orders: I also accept United States Postal Service Money Orders only. You will receive your download information via email as soon as payment is received. All other forms of mailed payments will be discarded.

Advertising / Paid Ads:
If you are purchasing a Premium Ad on At-Home Works Index Page, or a Newsletter Ad, it is your responsibility to contact me BEFORE making payment to see when your ad will be scheduled to run, as I will no longer process refunds due to this.

It is the sole responsibility of advertisers to submit their ads within 5 days of submitting payment for advertising space. I normally will send out a reminder a few days after receiving your payment for ad placement if I notice that your ad hasn't been received, but it is the responsibility of the advertiser to make sure that your ad is submitted in a timely manner.

After your ad has been posted, I will email you confirmation. You have 2 days in which to submit any necessary edits to your ad. Edits to your ad will not be made after a period of 2 days.

Refunds:
Refunds will no longer be processed for ads submitted and posted with incorrect information. Please be certain that your ad is exactly how you want it before submitting it to me. If I've made a mistake in your ad, or if you have submitted incorrect information (such as a non-working link or email address), you have 2 days to edit this information. Edits will no longer be made after a period of 2 days of your ad being posted.

Paid ads are not returnable or refundable.

If I have given you a bonus ad, it will be scheduled as time permits, at the sole discretion of At-Home Works.

Advertisers take full responsibility for content of ads.

**Please note that At-Home Works is a home-based business, and I am the owner and operator. I do have a family to take care of, which takes complete precedence over my business. I try to devote weekends to my family. Normally, there will not be a delay in my response, but please understand that occasionally, I may have to be unavailable for a very short time. Rest assured that I will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

All customer service is provided via email, as At-Home Works is a home-based business.
